Transport and Work submission informations

Dear colleagues,

Please, ready the two points of this e-mail carefully.

1) Work submission

Please, pay attention that deadline for submitting a work - talk or poster - is 22nd June 2018. This is very important in order to organize the workshop program.

Please, some participants answered that would like to present a work but did not included the abstract in the registration system. Please, if you intend to present a work but still did not included an abstract, please, make this until 22nd June.

2) Transport informations

As we explained in the last annoucements, we are organizing transport from São Paulo Airport to São Carlos, but to do this we have to concentrate the arrivals (and departures) on weekends.

If you intend to use this transport, please fill the transport informaton in your registration form. The transport will be made by a private enterprise, so we really need your informations in the system by 29th June.
