15th International Workshop on Real and Complex Singularities, and the 4th edition of the School on Singularity Theory, 2018, ICMC-USP, São Carlos – São Paulo -- Brazil

Dear colleague,

We are pleased to invite you to the 4th edition of the School on Singularity Theory, from 15 to 21 July 2018, and the 15th edition of the International Workshop on Real and Complex Singularities, from 22 to 28, July 2018, both held at ICMC/USP in São Carlos city, São Paulo, Brazil.

The webpage http://www.worksing.icmc.usp.br/main_site/2018/ is available with information and soon for registration.

This time these events will be a satellite event to the ICM (International Congress of Mathematicians) which will be held at Rio de Janeiro, from 1st to 09th August, 2018, more precisely in the week after the International Workshop. Further information can be found in the link:

As usual, we hope to be able to cover (at least partially) the local expenses of the participants which intend to present scientific works. However, since it is becoming extremely difficult to obtain funding, we cannot guarantee any financial support at the moment. We will keep the participants informed by e-mail or in the webpage, once we have news from the scientific agencies.
